What to Know About Registration

Academic achievement is only a small part of the picture in a student’s life, and is often weighted far too heavily in school admissions offices. Middle Island Caring For Kids selects students based on indicators of their future potential, characteristics including intellectual curiosity, perseverance in the face of adversity, and creativity.
Below are forms required for enrollement. Please note additional information and forms are required before a child can start at Middle Island Caring for Kids. During a parent tour additional paperwork will be provided that will coincide with your child's particular classroom. 
After a parent tour a student interview will be conducted for us to get to know your child better, go over the completed application and give the child an opportunity to tour the classroom.
